I had already called three firms and was told t..Repair job carried out without any problem I'm very pleased with the two engineers that attended. The boiler had a simple fault, a PRV that was leaking. I had already called three firms and was told that although the PRV is a cheap simple component to change, but the boiler has to come off the wall to do it. Consequently I was told that either I need a new boiler, or I should call Worcester-Bosch to attend such a difficult job. These engineers just confirmed the fault, took it off the wall (which took 15 mins), changed it, back together and job done. It works well, no delay, no mess, no argument, and no 'Hard-Sell' to replace with new. I would recommend them without hesitation.Paul Hartwell Hanwell
